About the Speaker 

Yap Aye Wee is a 20-year veteran in the service industry, with the unique combination of experience in both the Hospitality and the Financial Services industries. She is both practitioner and strategist, and has been leading management initiatives to transform people and organizations while still remaining very much a part of the frontline, herself managing priority clientele who demand the very best of the famous organizations she has worked in. Image and perception management is, in her experience, an under-rated but critical competency and mastery of this competency is pivotal to personal transformations she has witnessed. 


With this unusual breadth of exposure, she is equally conversant and at ease both in the frontline and the boardroom. She understands the challenges facing individuals handling tough client interactions, those seeking entry into an organisation and those climbing the corporate ladder, and as a senior executive, she also knows what creates and what breaks rapport, trust and credibility in each of these vital interactions. These practical insights are very current and valuable to anyone who has hit a plateau and is seeking a breakthrough.
